Northscope Solutions was founded in the mid-1990s by Jim Cupitt, a forestry and arboriculture expert with over 30 years of experience in Northern Australia. In 2025, we rebranded to reflect our growing expertise and commitment to providing high-quality, practical, and defensible arboricultural consulting. Qualifications and Experience

Jim holds an AQF Level 3 Arborist qualification, covering forestry management and advanced tree felling, as well as an AQF Level 5 Arboriculture qualification. He also brings civil industry experience, giving him unique insight into development projects. This expertise allows him to assess sites holistically and recommend the most effective tree protection measures while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and safely.
